Cottage Information

Charming semi detached cottage comprises lounge/diner. Well equipped galley style kitchen leadimg out to small yard and utility room, steps leading up to a lovely terraced garden with patio and garden furniture.Distant sea views. One double bedroom to the front with distant sea views and one twin with 2ft 6" beds overlooking the garden.Small double sofa bed in lounge for alternative sleeping only. Shower room with shower, toilet and WHB, and further door leading onto patio area. Not suitable for children under ten.

Facilities: Col TV. DVD.Telephone (incoming calls only). Electric Cooker, Microwave. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine. Tumble drier. Electric Storage Heating. Duvets provided but no bed linen, this can be hired from Rainbow Hire, St Ives on 01736 797090. Electricity included. Parking for two average sized cars outside. Beach half mile. Damage Deposit £100 payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Traditional granite built cottage situated in the centre of Carbis Bay on the main St Ives road. The beach is half mile by road or via lovely wooded walk opposite house through the valley leading down to the sandy beach of Carbis Bay. St Ives is 2 miles away. 5 minute walk to supermarket heading towards St Ives.
