Cottage Information
Traditionally furnished, first floor; fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area and flagstone floor. Spacious lounge/dining room with beamed ceilings and feature fireplace. From the lounge a door leads you to the small porch that overlooks and leads to the mature garden with lawn, shrubs and hedges. Upstairs there are three charming bedrooms, one double with wash hand basin and two twin rooms, one with whb. Bathroom with whb, toilet and a seperate shower room with whb and toilet.
Facilities: Colour freeview TV/DVD. Radio/cd player. Full size cooker, microwave, Fridge/freezer, Washing machine. Gas central heating throughout, Bed linen, travel cot and garden furniture. Space for two cars to park. Fully inclusive price. A welcome tray is provided with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and a complimentary boyyle of wine. Pet allowed (£50 damage deposit).
The property is part of The Laurels Holiday Park and is one of four properties with a small select touring park close by. Use of the play area and launderette is permitted.
Padstow (Nr) Area
Ideally located in North Cornwall which is famous for its rugged coastline as it is for its surfing. Tintagel brings with it legends of King Arthur and the remains of Tintagel Castle can be visited on foot. Port Isaac is the location of the television series Poldark and more recently Doc Martin, as well as being a gorgeous working fishing village. The market town of Wadebridge with many shops and restaurants is just 2 miles away, the town of Padstow made famous by celebrity chef Rick Stein is just 6 miles away. The Camel trail is a great day out for walkers and cyclists with a flat path that runs from Bodmin to Padstow.
