Cottage Information
Large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with a feature fireplace has a spacious airy feel and looks out to the mature rear garden with a variety of shrubs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double with wash hand basin and one family room with double bed and bunk beds. The shower room with wash hand basin and toilet is also situated on this floor.
Facilities: Colour freeview tv/dvd, radio/cd player. Full size cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. Automatic washing machine. Gas central heating throughout. Bed linen supplied, travel cot, garden furniture, space for two cars to park. Fully inclusive price. A welcome tray is provided with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits and a complimentary bottle of wine. Pet allowed (£50 damage deposit).
This property is part of The Laurels Holiday Park and is one of four cottages with a small select touring park close by. Use of the play area and launderette is permitted.
Padstow (Nr) Area
Situated within North Cornwall, World class surfing, glorious family beaches and Rick Steins trio of restaurants in Padstow put the North Cornish Coast firmly on the tourist map. But there are plenty of lesser known delights here too.
St Merryn and Padstow are a short drive away and offer a plethora of shops, pubs and restaurants, Jamie Olivers Fifteen Cornwall restaurant is also close by. With stunning beaches such as Harlyn Bay, Constantine and Booby's Bay, you really will be spoilt for choice on how to fill your days. From Padstow there is a short ferry service to Rock with lovely beaches. The Camel Trail is a flat footpath between Padstow and Wadebridge, ideal for walking or cycling along the spectacular Camel Estuary.
