Cottage Information

This lovely property has unique design, with the bedrooms on the ground floor. The comfortable lounge and fully fitted open plan kitchen is on the first floor, giving a light and airy feel with panoramic views across open countryside. This is a real treat for those who like to use natural light for reading. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and a third with full size bunk beds. There is toilet with whb and a seperate shower room situated on the ground floor.

Also at this location are The Farmhouse (Sleeps 6), Bay Tree Cottage (Sleeps 6) and Love Cottage (Sleeps 3) making this an ideal venue for a family get together.

Gas central heating throughout, bed linen, travel cot and garden furniture, parking for 2 cars. Fully inclusive price. A welcome tray provided with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits and a complimentary bottle of wine. Pet allowed (£50 damage deposit).

Friday - Friday Changeover - Except for low season.

The property is part of The Laurels Holiday park and is one of four cottages with a small select touring park close by. Use of the play area and launderette is permitted.

Padstow (Nr) Area

An ideal base to tour and North Cornwall many tourist attractions are close by including, the famous Camel Trail which follows the route of the old railway, along traffic free paths for 18 miles, providing the whole family with a fairly flat cycle through Bodmin and Wadebridge and out to Padstow where you can sample Rick Steins famous Fish and Chips. Padstow is one of Cornwalls prettiest harbour towns and in recent years has become increasingly famous due to Celebrity Chef Rick Stein and his Seafood Empire.
