Cottage Information

The property has a very warm and comfortable feel where you can have a relaxing holiday. Stable door leads to cosy lounge with coal effect gas fire and open tread stairs lead down to a French style kitchen/diner with under floor heating under tiled floor. Open tread stairs lead to first floor where there is a bedroom with 6' double bed (two 3' singles combined) and shower room with WHB and toilet. More steep stairs take you to a room with twin beds and a single bedroom which has an en-suite shower room

FACILITIES: Colour TV. Electric hob and combination microwave oven with grill (no conventional oven). Washing machine. Fridge. Duvets provided, but no bed linen (can be hired, see our at your service page). Gas central heating. Gas and electric included. Three stairgates available for stairs. No parking but car park nearby where you can buy a weekly ticket. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/pub 200 yards. Beach 50 yards. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Reduced rent code in LOW SEASON for 2 PEOPLE please enquire for a price.

Guillemot is a semi detached granite fisherman's cottage situated in the heart of the famous ?down long' area and is just a stones throw from the harbour & Porthgwidden beach. Former home to renowned abstract artist Sir Terry Frost who resided at the property in the 1940's for 15 years, where he raised his 6 children with his wife Kathleen Clarke.
