Cottage Information
Spacious semi detached property has distant sea views from all rooms at the rear of the property. Hallway leads into a comfortable sitting room. Well equipped kitchen/breakfast room leads into a family room with patio doors leading to the sunny rear terrace. Utility room & ground floor shower room with WC. Spiral staircase leads from this part of the house to a large bedroom suite with 6 ft double bed or 2 x 3 ft (on request) sea views, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, whb & wc. Second staircase from hall to 3 bedrooms, bunkroom 3 ft bunks, large double room with sea views and twin room. Family bathroom with bath /shower over and wc. Enclosed garden with garden furniture just the place to watch the sun go down.
Facilities: 4 TVs (All with Freeview & DVD). Video. CD player. Electric oven/hob. Dishwasher. fridge. Freezer. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. CH/Electricity inc. Bedding & towels provided (please bring own beach towels). Garden furniture & BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. Well behaved dogs welcome - maximum 2. Damage deposit of £100 refundable after satisfactory inspection.

Crantock Area
Finbarrs Cottage is a delightful property just a short stroll from the picturesque village centre of Crantock. A wide sandy surfing beach and dunes owned by NT are within walking distance, as are the village shops and public houses (good food). There are plenty of lovely cliff walks in this area on the coastal path, visit the secluded beach of Polly Joke within a few minutes drive or for family fun visit Newquay, with fantastic surfing beaches, Zoo and Water World.
