Cottage Information

ACCOMMODATION:  Entrance to the flat is at the rear of the building via an alleyway at the back of the restaurant and then up 36 steps to the front door.  There is a lounge/diner which has views of the harbour.  The well equipped kitchen also has harbour views (limited head space in parts).  There is a bedroom with twin 3' beds and the 2nd bedroom has a standard double bed.  The bathroom comprises of an electric shower over the bath, wc & whb.

FACILITIES:  Colour TV with freeview.  DVD player.  Video player.  Electric oven & hob.  Microwave.  Fridge & Freezer.  Washer/dryer.  Duvets & bed linen provided, but no towels.  Portable oil filled radiators.  Electric coal effect fire.  Gas & electric included.  Sorry no parking.  Nearest public long stay car park - The Island Car Park.  £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after a satisfactory inspection.  Shops, pub & beach all within 100 yards.  NON SMOKING PROPERTY.

West Pier Flats is situated above the Harbour Fish & Chips Restaurant, on the bustling sea front of St Ives' Harbour.  The flat enjoys spectacular views over the harbour & St Ives Bay and is perfect for sitting and watching people or the occasional lifeboat launch.
