Cottage Information

ACCOMODATION:  This property is accessed via a flight of granite steps outside of the property and an internal flight of stairs to the front door.  Upon entering the flat there is a lounge/kitchen/diner which has a bed settee (for alternative sleeping only) and a small balcony overlooking the harbour.  The bedroom has a standard double bed and just off the bedroom is the en-suite shower room comprising of shower, small wash hand basin & wc.

FACILITIES:  Colour TV with freeview.  DVD player.  Electric oven & hob.  Microwave.  fridge with ice box.  Duvets and bed linen provided, but no towels.  Storage heating.  Electricity included.  Sorry no parking - nearest council long stay car park - The Island Car park.  £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after a satisfactory inspection.  Shops/pub/beach all on the door step.  NON SMOKING PROPERTY.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Copper Kettle is situated on the busy harbour front of St Ives above a restaurant. Apartment 1 is on the 2nd floor and is bright & airy and has stunning views of the harbour and St Ives Bay which can be enjoyed from the balcony.
