Cottage Information

Approached by narrow granite steps,  the entrance porch leads to a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/diner which has excellent views of the harbour. Stairs lead up to a shower room with wc & whb and two double bedrooms, both with double beds, one being large with views of the harbour.

Facilities: Colour TV with freeview. DVD. Electric oven and hob. Microwave. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Duvets, but no bed linen or towels (please bring sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers) Linen can be hired from Rainbow Hire 01736 797090. Gas central heating. Gas and electricity included. Garage parking for one small - Medium sized car approx 400 yards away. Shops/pub/beach 20 yards. Non-smokers please. £100 Damage Deposit payable on booking, refundable after satisfactory inspection.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

St Ives is a famous holiday resort with its combination of beaches, quaint winding streets, art galleries and flower filled courtyards. Toby Cottage is a first and second floor apartment and is located opposite the slipway giving harbour views. The harbour still maintains the towns seagoing traditions and fishing trips are available.
