Cottage Information

A private lane of about 350 yards leads down to the cottage which is decorated extremely tastefully and to a high quality. The porch leads into the kitchen with pine units, quarry tile floor, pine dining table and beamed ceiling. The comfortable sitting room has views to the garden. The bathroom is attractively tiled throughout with bidet, and shower over bath. Bedroom has a king size bed, pine fitted wardrobes and TV. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with two double beds, exposed beams into the apex of the roof, pine floors, TV with Nintendo game, and a delightful view across to St Agnes. Pretty garden and lawn, ample parking. (Maximum 6 people).

Portreath (Nr) Area

This delightful 200 year old semi-detached cottage is situated within 4 miles of the coast in peaceful countryside and is on the English heritage site of Wheel Peevor. Ideal for the walker or cyclist, with the Mineral Tramways path at the bottom of the adjoining paddock where the owners keep their horses, stretching from Portreath on the north coast to Falmouth on the south coast. Portreath and Porthowan both have golden sandy beaches, popular with families and for surfing. Easily accessible from the main A30, and conveniently positioned for exploring Cornwall. Golf course and driving range 1 mile.
