Cottage Information

A small entrance lobby takes you to open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has a feature granite wall and electric coal effect fire. Steps lead down to the dining area and well equipped kitchen, off which is a bathroom with shower attachment over bath, toilet and WHB. On the ground floor is a bedroom with 3 ft wide bunks. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double and a twin and a separate toilet with WHB. Outside is a small courtyard with garden furniture.

Facilities: Colour TV, Video, Electric hob and oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Duvets (no bed linen but can be hired from Rainbow Hire 01736 797090), Gas wall heaters, Gas and Electricity included, Garden furniture, No parking but public car parks where you can buy a weekly ticket nearby. £100 Damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/Pubs 25 yards. Beach 400 yards. NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Friday Changeover.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Originally an old bake house An Popti Koth is tucked away in a narrow street in a quaint quarter of the town, yet only a short walk away from the shops, the harbour and beaches. The terraced cottage is deceptively spacious and furnished in the traditional cottage style. 

St Ives has now become an all year round resort. The picturesque town has four wonderful beaches, quaint alleyways, many art galleries, a huge selection of good restaurants and unique gift shops.
