Cottage Information

Azura is a lovely, spacious house with a slate patio & terrace with lawns surrounded by mature shrubs. The entrance leads to the large hall with attractive snug alcove with seating. A spacious sitting room includes oak strip flooring and panelled walls, open fireplace, piano and large bay windows with window seats to enjoy the lovely view to the sea. Separate dining room, new family kitchen and utility room. On the ground floor are a double bedroom and a large triple room with 3 single beds both with whb. A ground floor family bathroom with part sunken bath, shower over, whb and separate toilet. A wide oak staircase leads to the first floor, a spacious master bedroom with wonderful sea views and door onto balcony. Family bathroom with bath & whb, separate toilet & whb. Twin bedroom with adjoining single bedroom with sloping ceiling ideal for a child.

Facilities: 2 TVs, DVD, VIDEO, SKY, Electric cooker. Microwave. Fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Bed linen provided and beds made for your arrival. Travel cot & high chair. Electricity/heating inclusive. Garden furniture. Off street parking for 2 cars. Local pub/beach & shop 3/4mile. £150 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Saturday - Saturday changeover.

Porthtowan Area

This impressive detached coastal residence has breathtaking views to the sea, beach and cliffs in one direction, and a pleasant outlook across to a local landmark, St Agnes Beacon. The popular sandy family and surfing beach of Porthtowan is just 3/4 mile, the village has a shop/PO, beach restaurant and local pub or a walk down the cliffs from the house takes you to the unspoilt NT beach at Chapel Porth and joins the spectacular coastal path walks. Close by are the popular resorts of St Agnes and Portreath, with challenging golf courses at Tehidy and Perranporth.
