The kitchen has a range type cooker and butlers sink all adding to the charm of this property. A ground floor wet room with shower, bath wc & whb. There is a large conservatory to enjoy the garden in all seasons, with an additional eating area. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms all enjoying far reaching countryside views, 2 double rooms and a single bedroom with room for a cot if required. Upstairs cloakroom with whb and wc. This is a very spacious property and has stripped pine floorboards throughout, adding to the county feel. Outside is a large level secure garden with lawns and mature shrubs and plenty of parking.

With sandy surfing beaches to choose from - you will be spoilt for choice. Hayle & Gwithian beaches have 3 miles of golden sands, ideal for surfers and families. St Ives with its cobbled streets and pavement cafes, galleries and beaches and Marazion dominated by St Michaels Mount all within 20 minute drive... this is a lovely location from which to explore Cornwall.
