Cottage Information

From the courtyard front door leads to lounge/kitchen/diner with gas wall heater. There are two bedrooms, a double with built in wardrobe and a 3 ft bunk bed room (with hanging rail). The bathroom has a shower over the bath, WHB and toilet.

Facilities: Col TV. DVD. Gas Cooker. Washer/Dryer. microwave, Fridge. Duvets. No Linen (please bring sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers). Linen can be hired from Rainbow Hire 01736 797090. Gas central heating. Gas and electric included. No parking but long stay car parking where you can buy a weekly ticket five minutes walk way. Shops/beaches/pub within 30 yards. NON SMOKERS PLEASE. £100 Damage Deposit payable on booking, refundable after satisfactory inspection

Redfern Court is an accessible ground floor apartment ideally situated in a secluded quiet courtyard very near St La Church, the harbour, shops, restaurants and beaches. St Ives has a wealth of facilities to suit all tastes, numerous art galleries including the famous Tate, a scenic coastal footpath for the walking enthusiast, riding, art and surfing classes and guided tours introducing you to the heritage of the town.
