Cottage Information

Entrance to the apartment is via a flight of stairs from the car parking area.  On the first floor level there is a modern well equipped kitchen with views of the bay, a lounge/dining area also with views of the bay, a bathroom with separate shower, wc & whb, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room.  On the 2nd floor level there is a single bedroom with velux window with stunning views (limited headspace in parts).  There is also a shower room with velux window, electric shower, wc & whb (limited headspace in parts).

FACILITIES:  Colour TV with freeview.  DVD player.  Gas hob & fan oven.  Microwave. Dishwasher.  Fridge freezer.  Washer dryer.  Duvets & bed linen provided.  Gas central heating throughout.  Gas & electric included.  Reserved parking space for 1 car.  £100 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection.  Shops 5 min walk.  Pub 10 min walk.  Beaches 15/20 min walk.  NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
