Cottage Information

Approached by a shared passage, this spacious apartment has wood floors throughout the lounge/diner with a window seat and views of the sea (Fire is not useable). There is a well- equipped kitchen with wooden floors and two good sized bedrooms, a double with a large wardrobe and a bedroom with twin beds, chest of drawers and hanging hooks. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, whb and toilet. This is a gorgeous apartment for a holiday in St.Ives.

Gas and electric included. No parking but public car park where you can buy a weekly ticket close by. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/Beach 50 m. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

JOTS by the Sea is a lovely first floor apartment located on the level right in the heart of St.Ives. St.Ives is a very popular holiday resort and has won many awards for its clean beaches and most beautiful bay. The town is well liked at all times of the year and there is always something to do. There are numerous galleries including the Tate and countless very good restaurants, which cater for all tastes. The four beaches are outstanding, Porthmeor for surfing, Porthminster a family beach and the smaller Harbour and Porthgwidden beaches.
