Cottage Information

The front door leads into the beamed sitting room with a pleasant view across the garden of this row of cottages, there is a large stone fireplace with a wood burning stove, archway through to a well fitted diner, which has access to rear a courtyard - stairs to the two bedrooms, one a double and the other a twin room, Bath with shower over and toilet.

Facilities: TV/DVD/Video. Radio/CD Player, Microwave, Electric Cooker, Dishwasher, Bed Linen Provided. 'Z' bed on request for child (without Linen). Travel cot. Night Storage Heaters, Electricity inclusive. Parking. shops 1 mile, Family Inn 8 yards. Many lovely beaches within 3 miles. Friday - Friday Changeover. This is a non smoking property.

Wadebridge Area

One of a group of traditionally built cottages around a pleasant stone flagged courtyard with the local pub across one end and surrounded by sunny lawned gardens. Located in a small hamlet just a few miles from Padstow and within walking distance of the Camel Trail, a pedestrian & cycle trail running alongside the beautiful Camel estuary. The market town of Wadebridge with its good selection of shops and restaurants is close by, with the excellent beaches of Rock & Polzeath and the testing golf courses at Trevose & St Endoc making this an excellent base to explore this captivating area of Cornwall.
