Cottage Information

Mary Anne Sailors is a typical fishermans cottage.  Downstairs there is an open plan lounge and kitchen/diner with breakfast bar which has been newly refurbished. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two double rooms and a single bedroom. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and WHB - this has also been refurbished for the 2011 season. Perfect location for a beach lovers holiday.

Facilities: Colour TV with freeview. DVD. Electric hob and oven. Microwave. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine. Dryer. Dishwasher.  Duvets provided but no bed linen or towels (Please bring sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. Linen can be hired from Rainbow Hire 01736 797090). Gas central heating. Gas and electric included. No parking but plenty of public car parks nearby. Shops/Pub/Beach 25 yards. NO SMOKERS PLEASE. £100 Damage Deposit payable on booking, refundable after satisfactory inspection.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Mary Anne Sailors is situated just off the harbour front. St.Ives remains a traditional fishing port with granite buildings, cobbled streets, and slated roofs. The town has a renowned artistic tradition and contains many art galleries. All the amenities are a stones throw away, the shops and pubs just around the corner and the beach almost just across the road.
