This single storey property offers a good standard of accommodation. Lounge with dining area offering superb views across open country to St Ives and the Atlantic. Modern fitted kitchen, spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, vanity unit with sink and room for additional single bed for a child, or cot for an infant (supplied on request). Fully tiled bathroom with electric shower over. Lawned garden area.

A detached barn conversion near the village of Praze-an-Beeble, between Helston to the south and Hayle to the west (both 5 miles). Camborne is 2 miles with good shopping facilities and a leisure centre, and mining heritage sites. 5 miles to the North lie the surfing beaches of Gwithian/Hayle Towans. the resorts of St Ives and Penzance are within 20 minutes drive. In a peaceful country location, the cottage is ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall.
