Cottage Information

A First floor apartment decorated in a modern style entered by a stairway from St Andrews Street and has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with modern feature electric fire and breathtaking views from the large panoramic window.  There are two bedrooms, a double room and a room with twin beds.  The luxury bathroom has a state of the art shower over the bath, whb and toilet.

Facilities: Colour TV. DVD player. Electric hob & Oven. Microwave, Dishwasher. Fridge. Washer/dryer. Duvets and Bed Linen supplied. Electric panel heaters. Single chair bed for alternative sleeping only. Electricity included.  Energy supplementary charge of £25 pw Oct 1st - April 28th. No parking but car park where you can buy a weekly ticket close by. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops 20 yds. Pub 100yds. Beach 50yds. This is a Non Smoking property.
