Cottage Information

The entire apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and consists of a large double bedroom affording stunning views from the bay window. Lounge/dining area with double aspect windows overlooking the castle and the sea. Kitchen. Shower room including large shower only, wash hand basin and toilet. Outside a stair lift has been fitted for easy access if required. The lawned area and car park at the back are shared with Merlins Den property 85.

Tintagel Area

Merlins Roost is on the 1st floor of a stone and slate Cornish house reached either by steps or an internal lift. With main rooms looking seaward with spectacular views of the internationally known King Arthur's Castle Island, and miles of sea including three light houses. Tintagel is within easy reach of sandy beaches, coastal footpaths, sea fishing, horse riding and golf courses and is near Bodmin Moor and Moorland villages. There are also many eating places, pubs and shops locally. For the nature enthusiast, badgers feed in the garden after dark.
