Cottage Information

Access is through a sun porch into this lovely open plan studio apartment. Dine enjoying the cliff views from the large bay window. The lawned area and car park at the back is shared with Merlins Roost, property number 84 and for the nature enthusiasts, badger watching! The owner feeds them late evening.

Merlins Den is on the ground floor of a stone and slate Cornish house with 29in doorways. Recently updated to a high standard with spectacular views of the internationally known King Arthur's Castle Island and miles of sandy beaches, coastal footpaths, sea fishing, horse riding and golf courses and is near Bodmin Moor and Moorland villages. There are also many eating places, pubs and shops locally.
