Lanyor is a spacious property with downstairs master bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi bath, whb and toilet, a bedroom with twin beds (no wardrobe but hanging rail), lounge with solid oak floor and feature fireplace, family bathroom with shower over bath, whb and toilet and well equipped kitchen/diner. Stairs take you to the attic bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower room and sea view across St.Ives Bay to Hayle and Gwithian. Outside is a utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer and paved area with 2 wooden 8 seater benches and barbecue.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Lanyor is a lovely detached dormer bungalow located in a quiet cul-de-sac approximately ¾ mile from the centre of St.Ives. It is well placed to be away from the hustle and bustle and there are rural walks in the locality. It takes approximately 25 minutes to walk from the centre of town to the bungalow or a 5 minute bus ride will drop you virtually outside the door. St.Ives swimming pool with the fitness suite and 25 metre six lane pool is 5/6 minute walk away.
