There are excellent views of Porthmeor beach, the sea and the island . On this floor is a bedroom with two 2ft 6 beds. Open tread stairs take you to a double bedroom with flatscreen TV with Sky and with a patio door to another sun balcony (a wonderful suntrap), with patio furniture, overlooking the courtyard. The shower room has a shower cubicle, whb and toilet. Free under cover parking.
