Cottage Information

Shared slate floored passage takes you to the stairs which lead to the apartment. All laminate wood floors throughout and decorated by an interior designer it has a large comfortable lounge and a very good sized well equipped kitchen/diner. Laundry room houses the washer/dryer. On this floor is a bathroom with corner bath, toilet and whb. A few stairs takes you to a separate toilet and the stairs lead on the second floor where there are two pretty bedrooms, a double and a bedroom with two single beds which has an en-suite shower and whb.

Facilities: Colour TV. DVD. Freeview. Double electric oven and hob. Microwave. Dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Fridge. Bed linen included. Gas central heating. Gas and Electric included. No parking but public car parks nearby where you can buy a weekly ticket. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable on satisfactory inspection. Pubs/shops/beach 50 metres. St.Ives is a very popular unique holiday resort which is suitable for all ages. The town is surrounded by four splendid golden sandy beaches and the harbour offers fishing trips, self-drive boats and trips around the bay and to seal island.
