Beautifully furnished to a very high standard the apartment has a large lounge/kitchen/dining room with distance sea glimpses which leads to a decked terrace with garden furniture. There are two bedrooms, a double and a king size double and a bathroom with shower over bath, whb and toilet.

Tol Pedn House Apartment is a very stylish chic ground floor apartment located in Carbis Bay just 10 minutes walk from the beach. Carbis Bay is just over a mile from St.Ives and has its owns shops, restaurants, pubs, hairdressers and chemist. Access to busy St.Ives is simple either by foot along the coastal footpath or by the 3-minute scenic train journey from Carbis Bay station which is only 5 minutes walk from Tol Pedn.
