Cottage Information

A first and second floor cottage style maisonette. Eight steps lead to front door which takes you to an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with laminate wood floor. Stairs lead to two bedrooms, a double and a room with two single beds with distant sea views, this room has no wardrobe. The bathroom has bath with shower attachment, whb and toilet.

Facilities: Colour TV. Electric cooker. Microwave. Fridge. Duvets. Bed linen supplied. Electric heaters. Electricity included. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/pub/beach 50 yards. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Parking ticket for car park just round the corner from property available at same price as council car parks but with guaranteed space. Please request parking ticket from St Ives office on arrival. NOTE. Sea Breezes in the first and second floor above The Lugger and has the potential to sleep 8 people if both properties are booked. End of September - Easter 2012 pets welcome.
