Stairs lead to open plan L shaped lounge area with folding table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms, a twin and a double with 5ft bed and door leading out to a private decked balcony. The shower room has shower cubicle, whb and toilet.
