Cottage Information

A ground/first floor cottage style maisonette property. Front door opens into the kitchen which leads to the separate lounge/diner with coal effect electric fire and double sofa bed. Narrow stairs from the kitchen take you to a double bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower over, whb and toilet.

Facilities: Colour TV. Electric cooker. Microwave. Fridge. Duvets. Bed linen supplied. Electric heaters. Electricity included. Please request parking ticket from St Ives office on arrival. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/pub/beach 50 yards. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Pets accepted October - Easter. Note: The Lugger is the lower ground floor of Sea Breezes and has the potential for sleeping 8 people in all if both properties are booked.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

The Lugger is a ground floor cottage situated in the popular Down long area of St.Ives. This is the former fishing quarter of the town and has lots of higgledy-piggledy street and secret courtyards. It is very close to the beaches, the harbour which offers fishing trips and boat trips to seal island, the numerous selection of restaurants. shops and all the amenities St.Ives has to offer.
