Thoroughly refurbished, Spring Cottage offers a great family holiday location. The property is a fully double glazed semi-detached property comfortably furnished for the family. The open plan lounge/diner is light and airy. Fully fitted kitchen with door to rear patio, which looks out over countryside. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe & personal safe for your valuables and a twin bedded room also with fitted wardrobe. The newly fitted shower room has shower cubicle, toilet, whb and heated towel rail. To the front of the cottage there is a small patio area, good for sunset watching! FACILITIES. TV.DVD. Penzance Area

The Cottages are built in the grounds of a 400year old Manor House and offer facilities for the family but maintain a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Just 2 miles from Penzance, gateway to the Isles of Scilly via helicopter or ferry and the beautiful St Michaels Mount (NT) and the long sandy beach of Marazion. The pretty fishing village of Mousehole is a short distance away with Lands End and St Ives within easy reach. This area is very popular for walking and bird watching and all kinds of water sports and exploring the beautiful coves & beaches of the Penwith Peninsula. For golfers, you will be spoilt for choice with 4 excellent golf courses within 6 miles. A great location to explore this varied area of Cornwall. KENEGIE MANOR FACILITIES..
