Cottage Information

A shared passageway leads to the front door taking you to an inner hall leading to a large living area with a double sofa bed and picture window where you can sit and admire the fantastic view. Recently refitted kitchen. The bedroom has a 5' (King size) bed and the bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, whb and toilet.

FACILITIES LCD colour TV with Freeview. DVD player. Electric oven and hob. Microwave. Fridge. Iron/Ironing board. On site coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Duvets. No bed linen but can be hired (Contact Rainbow Hire, St Ives on 01736 797090). Storage heaters. Electricity included. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/pubs 250 yards. Beach 200 yards. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Sea Shells is a second floor apartment located in an enviable position overlooking Porthminster Beach, across the bay to Hayle, Godrevy lighthouse and up the coast as far as Trevose Head. If you want to come on holiday by public transport the train and bus stations are nearby and the shops, restaurants and harbour is only a short walk away.
