Cottage Information

Situated just off the sea front Vine Cottage is everything you would expect from a traditional cottage. Accommodation is over three floors, and there is additional outside storage in the old net loft for surf boards and suits etc. The entrance to the property is on the middle floor, with hallway leading to a light & airy lounge, and a spacious double bedroom. Stairs lead down to a well equipped kitchen/diner with wood burner. A door leads to the courtyard & net loft; there is also an outside toilet. On the top floor there are two more bedrooms, a lovely double bedroom, a triple room with single bed and bunk beds and a family bathroom with bath/shower over, whb & toilet. The property has been recently refurbished but still retains lots of original features.

FACILITIES: TV with freeview.DVD.CD player.TV in master bedroom. Electric oven/hob. Larder fridge. Washing machine. Microwave. Travel cot & high chair. Gas/Electricity inc. Bed linen provided and made up for your arrival. Parking/beach/shop/restaurants within 200yds. £100 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. This is a non smoking property.

Mousehole Area

This delightful stone fisherman's cottage is tucked away just behind the harbour of Mousehole. A minute's walk will find you on the beach and the bustle of the harbour side, with local shops, art galleries and great restaurants amid the cobbled streets and alleyways of this fishing village. The picturesque village of Mousehole is an ideal place for family holidays, with a safe beach for children and endless rock pools to explore. It also provides a good base for walking holidays or exploring the beautiful coast and surfing beaches of the area.
