Cottage Information

The property has wood floors throughout and under floor heating. There is a lounge with a feature electric stove and well equipped modern kitchen area, a separate dining room and inner hall leading to two bedrooms, one a master double with en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, whb and toilet and the other a bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom has bath with shower over, whb and toilet.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Baywatch is a modern ground floor apartment which has been completely renovated to a very good standard. It is located in Carbis Bay within walking distance of Carbis Bay beach. Carbis Bay is a perfect place to spend a holiday: it has it own wide sandy beach, restaurants, shops including Tesco and pubs yet it is only 1.5 miles from busier St.Ives which can be reached by walking along the coastal footpath or by the 3 minute scenic rail journey and the station is near the property. For the golf enthusiast West Cornwall Golf Club is just a short distance away.
