Approached by a flight of granite steps from The Wharf and then up a flight of stairs to the front door.The flat comprises of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower over bath, wc & whb and a lounge/kitchen/diner.

Facilities: Colour TV/DVD. Electric hob and cooker. Microwave. Fridge. Duvets. Bed linen supplied but no towels. Storage heating. Electricity included. No parking but public car parks where you can buy a weekly ticket nearby. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/pubs/beach 15 yards.This is a non smoking property.
