Cottage Information

A small front paved patio takes you to the front door, off the hall is a lounge with sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen/dining room. Stairs take you to the bathroom which has a shower cubicle, bath, toilet and whb. On this floor is a large bedroom with two single beds (can be made into one super king size bed) and distant views of the sea. More stairs take you to a bedroom with a 5' bed which has views of the sea looking one way and also views of the island looking the other way.

FACILITES Colour TV. DVD. Radio/ipod dock. Electric oven and hob. Microwave. Integrated fridge/freezer. Washer/dryer. Duvets. No bed linen but can be hired from Rainbow Hire on 01736-797090. Gas central heating. Gas and electric included. Parking in the rear for one car only. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/beach 250 yards. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
