Cottage Information

This third floor apartment is approached by granite steps from The Wharf and then up 2 flights of stairs to the front door. Entrance is into an open plan living area with magnificent harbour views. The apartment has the original beams and there is limited headroom in a few places. The double bedroom (no wardrobe but hanging rail) has harbour views, whb and en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet.

Facilities: Colour TV/DVD. Electric hob and oven. Microwave. Fridge. Duvet & Bed linen supplied but no towels. Storage heating. Electricity included. No parking but public car park where you can buy a weekly ticket close by. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/pub/beach 15 yards. This is a non smoking property.

4 Copper Kettle is a bijou 3rd floor apartment situated on the harbour front.It has superb views over the harbour, out to sea and along the coast to Hayle, Gwithian and beyond. Excellent for two people to enjoy a holiday in the centre of St.Ives near to all amenities. If you did not want to venture into the town you could just sit in the apartment and look out to sea.
