Cottage Information

Entered through the private sunny courtyard where you can enjoy alfresco eating this contemporary property has been finished to an outstanding specification. On the ground floor is a modern open plan living area with sofas, coffee tables, double sofa bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and floor to ceiling windows taking in the views of the Atlantic Ocean, Porthmeor Beach, The Island and Clodgy. A well equipped kitchen with limestone floor, breakfast bar and dining area which seats six has a window overlooking the courtyard making this a light and airy space. Stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms and a stylish bathroom. Both bedrooms have colour flat screen TV's & DVD players. Master bedroom boasts a king size bed positioned so you wake to stunning views of the sea, beach, Island and Godrevy Lighthouse. The second bedroom has two single beds. The luxury bathroom is lined in limestone and has a double walk in shower, free standing bath, whb, toilet, under floor heating and heated towel rail. To the front of the property is a lawned garden and patio on which to enjoy the stunning ocean sunsets.
