Cottage Information

Refurbished to a high standard, including slate tiled floor in the hall, kitchen and open plan lounge, dining area, with quality soft furnishings throughout. Open fire-place with cosy rugs provide a warm atmosphere. The dining table is set by the window with attractive views out to the front garden complete with its own 18th century well and garden furniture. The lounge leads to the fully fitted modern kitchen with polished granite work surfaces and separate larder. Upstairs are a double, a twin and bunk bedrooms. Off the half landing is a family bathroom with bath including shower attachment over, wash hand basin and toilet. All rooms are tastefully furnished and carpeted. Colour TV/video/CD player. Electric cooker, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Hoover, Iron and ironing board. Shared use of separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Full oil fired central heating. Large paddock with gardens, childrens play area and barbecues provided for all cottages. Electricity and heating provided. All towels and linen included. These superbly fitted, centrally heated and double glazed individual cottages stand in a row and can be booked individually or for a group of up to 16 people. The cottages are set in tranquil, rural surroundings with spectacular views over Bodmin Moor. The cottages are set in about 3 acres of shared grounds with a large paddock, gardens and childrens play area. These are perfect for bird watching, cycling, rambling and are only 7 miles from the rugged North Cornwall Coastline at Tintagel and the sandy beaches of Trebarwith. The Eden Project is an easy 45 minutes drive. The A39 and A30 offer quick access to the whole of Cornwall and its many attractions.
