Cottage Information

Gated driveway leads to front door and small conservatory area. Spacious kitchen/dining area with door leading out to the garden. Lounge with open fire and original beams. Small hallway. Bedroom with 5ft four poster bed. Boot/dog room. Wet room with wash hand basin and toilet. Slightly steep stairs lead from lounge to the master bedroom with double bed and wash hand basin. Twin bedroom. Double bedroom with 2 single beds and a small single bed. 2 steps lead to family bathroom including bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin and toilet. Lovely enclosed gardens with large veranda area (please note that there is an old disused wc outside, unsuitable for children to enter).

Facilities: Colour TV with Freeview. DVD player. Video. Electric cooker. Aga. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Microwave. Bed linen & towels provided free of charge, although please supply own beach towels. Guest can bring own travel cot. Garden furniture. One pet welcome by arrangement. Private parking for 4 cars. Smoking in the garden areas only please. Golf, horse-riding, kayaking all nearby. Farm shop 100 yrds. Pub 2 miles. Port Isaac 1.5 miles. Damage deposit for £200 required on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection.

Port Isaac Area

Pretty detached house sitting in lovely grounds and set in the small village of St Endellion, just on the outskirts of Port Isaac. Visit the Long Cross Victorian Gardens at St Endellion but be careful you don't get trapped in the Maze. The quaint fishing village of Port Isaac has narrow streets lined with white-washed cottages, scenic trips from the harbour and an abundance of lovely walks. The pretty cove at Port Gaverne is close by with rock pools and a small sandy beach. Trehaverock House is also ideally situated for visiting beautiful Padstow, sailing at Rock and surfing at Polzeath.
