Cottage Information

From the shared courtyard steps take you to the front door. There is a large beautiful open plan living area with feature electric fire, a high vaulted ceiling and this room has good distant views of St.Ives Bay and Godrevy lighthouse. There are two double bedrooms, one with sea views and one with a 4ft bed (there is also a fold up bed for alternative sleeping) and the bathroom has shower over the bath, whb and toilet.

FACILITIES: 2 colour TV's. DVD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Dishwasher. Fridge. Freezer. Washer/dryer. Duvets but no bed linen. Please bring your own or you can hire (Linen may be hired from Rainbow Hire, St Ives, 01736 797090). Gas central heating. Gas and electric included. Parking for one car. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shop 20 metres. Beach 0.75 mile. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

The Barn Apartment is a lovely newly renovated barn conversion located 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of St.Ives. There is a regular bus service which runs from the town centre and is near the scenic coastal footpath which takes you to Zennor. St.Ives is a popular holiday resort for all ages at any time of the year.
