Cottage Information

From the gravelled courtyard the main entrance opens into a comfortable lounge, with beams and woodburner in keeping with the age of the property. There is a well equipped kitchen/diner with door to the private and sunny south facing garden. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, whb & toilet. The small twin room has garden views. The family bathroom has bath/shower over, whb & toilet. There is also a self contained studio attached to the main house with separate entrance with twin beds and ensuite shower room, whb and toilet. Utility room with a washer/dryer. Heating is by night storage heaters, in the main cottage and by electric heaters in the annexe.

This delightful single storey barn conversion is full of traditional charm. The living areas have open beams and slate floors;there is even a woodburner to enjoy cosy evenings. The secluded garden with barbecue area is just wonderful for that al fresco meal. Located along a peaceful lane and perfectly positioned to explore the Penwith Peninsula and the many beautiful beaches. Enjoy trout fishing in lakes nearby and golf at the many golf clubs at some of the top courses in the region.
