Cottage Information

Lovely double fronted cottage that retains lots of original features. The hallway leads to lounge with comfortable sofas, woodburner and a piano! Spacious kitchen/dining room with door to garden room that overlooks the sunny garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A double bedroom 5' bed with room for a cot (not supplied) a twin room and single room with full size pull out bed converting two singles if requested. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, whb & WC. A fully enclosed south facing rear garden with seating.

Hayle Area

This lovely Victorian cottage in the heart of the village with local pub and general store within walking distance. Super location with 3 miles of golden sands & dunes of Gwithian a mere 2 miles away & St Ives, with galleries, cobbled streets and fishing harbour a short drive, or scenic train ride from St Erth Station. There are plenty of golf courses in the area, beautiful gardens and surfing & rock pooling beaches. Apple Tree Cottage has been updated and comfortably furnished, and has an enclosed south facing rear garden.
