Cottage Information

ACCOMMODATION: Steps take you to the front door and into a hallway. The open plan living area has a well equipped kitchen area and distant sea views. There is a bedroom with a king size bed with room for a cot (no wardrobe but hanging hooks) and en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and whb. To the front of the property there is a small garden.

FACILITIES: Colour TV. Electric hob and oven. Microwave. Fridge. Washing machine. Duvets but no bed linen. Please bring your own or can be hired - Rainbow Hire, St Ives Tel:01736 797090. Gas central heating. Gas and electric included. Private parking for one car. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/pubs 150 yards. Beach 800 yards. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Ocean View is an attractive newly refurbished ground floor apartment situated in the heart of Carbis Bay which is about 1.1/2 miles from the busy holiday resort of St.Ives. St.Ives is easily accessible by public transport with a bus stop almost outside the door or for the more energetic the walk along the road or the scenic footpath is very pleasant. Carbis Bay beach is approximately ½ mile away and can be reached through a lovely wooded walk through the valley.
