Cottage Information

Bay Retreat is a modern ground floor apartment in the impressive Compass Point complex, built to a very high specification with quality fittings. Steps take you from the car park to the apartment where the front door leads to hallway, off which is a living room with some views of the sea and a well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one a double and the other a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, whb and toilet. There is a shared patio which has views over to St.Ives and up the coast as far as Trevose Head. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Carbis Bay is an ideal setting for your holiday, just 1 mile around the coast from the famous bustling resort of St.Ives. It has a quieter more serene atmosphere with a splendid wide sandy beach which is renowned for its water sports and is close to a wide variety of pubs and restaurants. A visit to busier St.Ives without taking your car would require a simple 3-minute scenic train journey from the small local station, or a pleasant walk along the coastal footpath or take the train for a more adventurous trip to Penzance.
