Cottage Information

The cottage has a very warm cosy feel and the front door leads to a small hall taking you to the lounge and dining area. The kitchen has traditional pine units, small Belfast sink, terracotta tiled floor and an aperture through to the living area. A cupboard houses the washing machine. There is a downstairs shower room with shower tray, whb and toilet. Original wood stairs take you to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a good size double with an attractive feature fireplace, window seats and a bedroom with two single beds; both have stripped pine wooden floors. FACILITIES Colour TV with integrated DVD. Freeview. Gas cooker. Microwave. Dishwasher. Fridge with freezer compartment.Washing machine. Duvets. Bed linen supplied. Gas central heating. Gas and electric included. No parking but public car parks where you can buy a weekly ticket close by. £100 damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/pub 25 yards. Beach 400 yards. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
