Cottage Information
A large conservatory allows you to enjoy the Cornish Coastline in all weathers and seasons. With decoration having a "Tuscan" feel...stripped pine floors sea views from all rooms, leading from the conservatory into a well equipped kitchen, there is a separate dining room with sea views. A large comfortable lounge again with wonderful sea views and door to decked area with seating and view of pretty gardens and sea. There is a ground floor family bathroom with bath/shower over. Whb and a separate WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms a large pretty double room with lovely sea views, sloping ceiling but plenty of room for a cot if required (available on request) and a twin bedded room again with sea views.
FACILITIES: TV with freeview. DVD player. Electric oven/hob. Washing machine. Fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave. Bed linen provided. Garden furniture. Electricity/heating inclusive May-Sept. Additional £15 pw Oct-end April. A damage deposit of £100 is payable on booking and refunded after a satisfactory inspection. Private parking for 2 cars .This is a non smoking property. Travel Cot/Highchair available on request only one of each available between this property and Arizona (95a).Check In 4pm.
Marazion Area
TUSCANY is a detached property with outstanding beautiful gardens. Situated just on the outskirts of the lovely village of Marazion with views over Mounts Bay dominated by the beautiful NT property of St Michaels Mount. Here at low tide you are able to cross on foot via a cobbled causeway. The wide sandy beach of Marazion is within walking distance with good restaurants, local inns, 5 galleries and local shops. The harbour town of Penzance with ferry and helicopter trips to the Scilly Isles is within a 3 mile drive, there are also local boats offering fishing trips. The South West Coastal path passes through Marazion so there are plenty of tucked away coves still to discover. Whilst the RSPB Reserve at Marazion Marshes offer bird spotters the opportunity to catch sight of many migratory birds.
