Cottage Information

Accommodation Hepse door leads to cosy lounge/diner with coal effect gas fire. Small kitchen with quarry-tiled floor. Stairs lead to first floor where there is a double bedroom with 4ft bed & a shower room with small shower cubicle, toilet and WHB.

Facilities:  Flat screen TV with Freeview. Electric cooker. Fridge. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Duvets & pillows provided, but please bring your own linen. Linen can be hired from Rainbow Hire on 01736 797090. Portable electric heater. Gas and electricity included beginning May to end September. October to end April 8.00 per week payable when booking. No parking but public car parks where you can buy a weekly ticket close by. Shops/pubs 200 yards. Beach 20 yards. NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Friday - Friday Changeover 2011. Saturday - Saturday changeover 2012. £100 Damage deposit payable on booking, refundable after satisfactory inspection.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Harrys Court is a pretty small courtyard located just around the corner from Porthmeor beach. It is named after Richard Harry a member of a noted St. Ives family, who bought the site of an old bakehouse in the early 1839 and created Harrys Court. This quaint listed fishermens cottage feature some interior stone walls and modernisation retains their original character. It is ideally situated for anyone who likes to be on the flat to walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and Tate gallery.
