Cottage Information

Sandy Seas is a very smart first and second floor apartment with amazing sea views. A short flight of stairs take you to the front door which leads to an entrance hall and L-shaped lounge/diner with balcony where you can sit and relax taking in the breathtaking view. The well equipped kitchen has a door leading to a patio area. Also on this floor is a cloakroom, a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle and basin. A spiral staircase takes you to two more bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet, this room has a door to a patio and views over to St.Ives, the other bedroom has two single beds and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and toilet and a door to outside patio. This is a superb apartment for a holiday at any time of the year.

Sandy Seas is located in a magnificent position overlooking Carbis Bay beach. Carbis Bay is a quieter resort yet the train station where you can get the 3-minute journey into busier St.Ives is virtually on the doorstep or for the more active you can walk the scenic coastal footpath which takes you to Lelant one way and St.Ives the other.
