Cottage Information

ACCOMMODATION: The hall leads to an attractive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with feature electric fire, table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, a double which has a door taking you to the rear entrance: the second bedroom has 3' wide bunk beds. The bathroom has a quadrant shower, basin and toilet.

FACILITIES: Flatscreen digital Colour TV with DVD & Freeview. Electric hob and oven. Microwave. Larder fridge. Duvets. No linen (please bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases or can be hired at Rainbow Hire, St Ives Tel: 01736 797090). Storage heating. Electricity included. Potential on road parking but public car park where you can buy a weekly ticket 5 minute walk away. £100 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/pubs 350 yards. Beach 250 yards. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

Seasalt is a lovely first floor apartment, refurbished to a very good standard, located just above Porthminster Beach in a quiet area of St.Ives. A short walk will take you the beach, the harbour, the town with its unique shops and superb choice of restaurants.
