Cottage Information

The front door opens into the open plan lounge/dining room with beamed ceilings and natural stone fireplace. Off the lounge area is a kitchen and ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin & toilet. Open tread stairs from the lounge lead to the two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin both with countryside views.

Facilities: TV with freeview & DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Fridge/Freezer. NS Heaters. Duvets & Bed Linen provided. Private parking. Large open plan garden areas with picnic tables and built in BBQ (shared with other cottage). Walking distance to local pub with restaurant and Riding Centre in the village centre. Local bus service to St Ives. Cot/highchair available between the two properties (Blackberry & Rosewall Cottages). A damage deposit of £100 payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. This is a non smoking property.

St Ives and Carbis Bay Area

Lovely semi-detached cottage set in a lovely rural village of Halsetown on the outskirts of St Ives. The cottages are ideally situated for walking parties, surrounded by a vast number of local trails & footpaths. For the not so adventurous, the heart of St Ives is only 2 miles from Halsetown, and if you can't face the walk, the nearby campsite runs a hopper bus to and from the town at regular intervals (during the peak season). There is also a public bus service. This cottage has a large shared open plan garden with picnic tables and is ideal for that evening BBQ.
